Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs fresh sea scallops
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 stick butter
  • garlic salt
  • black pepper
  • parsley flakes

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 325º
  • Place scallops on a baking dish, side by side
  • On top of each scallop, place a thin slice of butter
  • Lightly sprinkle the top of each scallop with the following ingredients: a little bit of freshly squeezed lemon juice, garlic salt, pepper, and parsley flakes
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until slightly firm and golden brown
