- 1 lemon
- 1 stick butter
- garlic salt
- black pepper
- parsley flakes
Preheat oven to 325º
Place scallops on a baking dish, side by side
On top of each scallop, place a thin slice of butter
Lightly sprinkle the top of each scallop with the following ingredients: a little bit of freshly squeezed lemon juice, garlic salt, pepper, and parsley flakes
